The MSCA experience at Shea PARC created a building block for culture that has organically spread throughout the entire management team and all of Shea PARC. With a culture embodied in CAPLICO, Shea PARC has experienced incredible growth in both census and financials.

A culture shift began at Shea PARC, and the team used the initial poor MSCAs as a rally point.

True to CAPLICO, an era of accountability arose. After facing the brutal facts, DOR and Med Rec were replaced. “Trust but Verify” became the new mantra at Shea PARC and the management team decided to overhaul the triple check process.
